ABUSE REPORT FORM
  • HOW TO REPORT ABUSE AND HARM.

The form link below is for the Hillcrest Community, past and present. It doesn't matter if events took place yesterday or several decades ago, we want to hear from you.

    1. Option 1- Report using this form

This form is available for you to report information you have about abuse or harm at Hillcrest School.  Please use this form if you are reporting as a direct victim or an eye witness. If you have a definite knowledge of abuse or harm through another source such as a friend or relation you may also report it here.

If you are a current student and a victim of abuse caused by someone at home or somewhere else, even if it is outside Hillcrest,  please report it here too. We want to be able to help.

In any of these circumstances, please give as much detail as you can. Your report will be sent to a confidential email address.

The information you submit will be received by Hillcrest School Student Protection Office. A member of our team will get in touch with you as quickly as possible.  You can update your report at any time by re-submitting the form. You may submit a brand new form, but please refer to the original form so we can cross-reference it.

If you choose to remain anonymous, please supply an email address that cannot be used to identify you.  A working email address is required when filling out the form so we can respond to you.

    2. Option 2 - Report via direct email

An alternative method of reporting abuse and harm is to simply send an email detailing your report to spo@hillcrestschool.net.  This is a confidential email.

Again, if you wish to remain anonymous, please send your report using an email address that cannot be used to identify you.

In both options, we can only reply to you if you supply a working email address.

The Hillcrest community is deeply pained by every report of abuse or harm. We recognize that these awful events certainly did occur. These accounts need to be heard, and where possible, acted upon,  in order for there to be closure and/or restoration.

Learning of historical abuse and harm enables us to walk alongside you on your journey.

Thank you for making your report.
