The PTA is a Parent Teacher Association composed of parents and teachers of Hillcrest School. Its objectives are: to open, encourage, and maintain communications between the parents and teachers of Hillcrest School.
In order to do this, it arranges its programs in a way that parents and teachers will feel free to exchange ideas and viewpoints on education and other related items. It attempts to continue the education of both parents and teachers. In order to help the staff and parents to be aware of trends and new findings in child development, in education and in various academic and social fields, the PTA tries to arrange for qualified speakers to present lectures and lead discussion groups. It also provides an opportunity for parents and teachers to get to know each other in an informal way.
